Dear my friends who participate in this speech contest

In the name of Allah , The beneficient and Mersiful

First of all let us praise to the almighty Allah SWT because of his blessing we are able to attend this english speech contest, secondly may peace be upon the prophet muhammad SAW who has guided us from the darkness into the brightness.

Ladies and Gentleman

Indeed it’s very great pleasure for me in this this precious chance to deliver my speech, to the most honoroble audiences and titled “ The Influence of Mathematics”

Guys, this is not the time mathematics to be afraid thing for us. Although sometimes i feel it. If people say mathematics is the abstrak sciense, full of theorem and formulas, it’s like not be real in our relity life. That’s why ladies and gentleman it’s time for mathematics to be familiar science for us.

You know that mathematics have a gonden era in 8 century, for this century mathematics was one of the fovourite science for the moeslem, because there were connected with their religius necessary, for example to calculate their heritage, islamic calendar, determine the prayer time and the accurate timing the motion of moon and stars.

Mohaini Mohammad said that the mathematics was one of the favourite science for the moeslim on that time because it can be abstrak character from islamic thinking.

Well, ladies and gentleman we need mathematics for all of field. You know that for the seller, mathematis is the most important thing. They calculate profit and loss. Beside that for the greengrocer, butcher and so on, mathematics to be absolute thing for them

I believe that you often to hear this song, sayur........sayur. when heard this voice our mother go out from home and go to the greengrocer. Our mother say how much it’s cost bang. Can you imagine if the seller doesn’t know mathematics. She/he can’t  to answer this question. She/he will loss.

That’s why ladies and gentleman we need mathematics in this time. Mathematics make us to be accurate people. Tony Buzan said that leraning mathematics like a build house from the card. Every card must be on it place before the next card added. If there is card who have the wrong place, just one card absolutely all  of the card fall in down and a buliding house will be collapse. We compulsory to think logic and full of the reasoning. If we study about mathematics, we will learn to think critically, creatively and actively.  And you know that it is very useful for this era global. My friendship we life in a competition era. We should be people who have accurately think and logic for survive in the global era.

Before ending this speech, let me conclude the essential points of my speech:

1.    Mathematics is important thing for the last and now.

2.    We needed mathematics for survive in the global era.

Goethe (a Greek philosopher) has ever said:

“Knowing is not enough, we must apply. Willing is not enough, we must do”

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I think it’s completely enough for me to this point. The wrong utterances are caused by

limitation of my ability and the right ones are merely from Allah SWT. So, I beg your

pardon, thank’s for your attention and finally I say.
